How It All Started
In 2019, Ahmad Farhan and Nurul Ain opened the doors of TNF Cafe in a modest shopfront in Sungai Buloh. Farhan had just returned from two years working in specialty cafes in Melbourne. Ain had spent years perfecting her pastry craft in Kuala Lumpur. Together, they had one simple goal: build a cafe worth walking to.
The first months were scrappy. They refurbished a second-hand espresso machine, mixed and matched furniture from flea markets, and painted the walls themselves. The menu had six items. But regulars noticed immediately — the coffee was genuinely different, the food was made from scratch, and the people behind the counter actually cared.
Word spread through Sungai Buloh the old-fashioned way — through genuine recommendations. Local offices became regulars. Families built weekend rituals around Sunday brunch. University students discovered a place where they could study for hours without feeling rushed.
Today, TNF Cafe serves over 200 cups a day and holds a 4.9-star Google rating built on hundreds of real reviews. But what we are most proud of is simpler: the regulars who greet us by name, and the strangers who become regulars after their first visit.
Our Values
Quality Without Compromise
We source single-origin Arabica beans from the Gayo Highlands of Aceh and ceremonial-grade Uji matcha. Every ingredient is chosen because it is the best, not the cheapest.
Made With Genuine Care
Our kitchen team starts before dawn so your croissant is fresh, your eggs are perfectly runny, and your cake was baked the same morning. No shortcuts.
A Space for Everyone
Whether you are catching up with a friend, working remotely, or celebrating a birthday — TNF Cafe is a place where everyone belongs and everyone is welcomed by name.
Recognised by Our Community
Since 2019 we have earned a 4.9-star Google rating from hundreds of genuine reviews. We do not take that lightly — it is the standard we hold ourselves to every day.
